Example client: I need an AI receptionist that answers phone calls and chats with people on my website, then books appointments in Google Calendar. I’m thinking Retell, ElevenLabs and Neon, with a simple login and dashboard. It’s just for one business. Roughly how many hours to get this live and reliable?
AI assistant: An initial estimate is 10–18 engineering hours for one business and one calendar. That includes phone and browser voice, booking, login, a basic dashboard, testing, security review, deployment and documentation. This assumes managed services, a standard UI and ready provider access. External waiting time is separate. Waqas would confirm the scope before quoting.
